Once you have opted for any of our service packages, the payment made towards such services is final and non-refundable. No cancellations, refunds, or partial reimbursements will be provided after confirmation, regardless of the outcome of applications, visa decisions, or any change in your personal plans.

If you have any concerns or complaints regarding our services, you are encouraged to contact us directly using the details provided on our website. We aim to review and address all genuine concerns within a reasonable timeframe.
